Manic Monday- woah oh woah- don’t pretend like you don’t know the song!
How is everyone’s week starting off? I apologize for the post with the video- I took it down because I cannot get my flip cam movie to to upload correctly. Hopefully this week I can figure out how to do it because I worked hard to film it for you guys! Everyone knows the joys of technology! I was definitely doing some yogic breathing over the weekend trying to get it to work!!
I started today off with some Green Juice!! I know a lot of you are skeptical of juicing but it is soooo good for you and gives you real energy from real food! I’m not saying that I don’t like my iced latte with soy sometimes- but juicing is also a very very good way to get a nice dose of fruits and veggies. It tastes good! The apple and lemon really cut out the green taste! I promise.
I like to use romaine lettuce (sometimes spinach, cucumber, or celery), kale, apple, lemon, ginger. Put all in the juicer and drink!!!
You can even put it in a fancy wine glass! Yummmmmmmm
It’s May now and we are almost at the midpoint of the year. Can you believe it? I think it goes by faster and faster every year. Here are some things to think about:
If you could pick a word to describe what you want to experience or focus on in 2011 what would it be?
~I’d say that mine would be organization. As a lot of you know, I have taught a lot of classes, run around town, and sometimes that get’s to be too much. It was easy for my apartment go get messy, laundry to pile up, etc- things just were getting out of order. I’d say it probably took me a good month to get totally organize, get rid of things, spring clean, and now I just feel like I can actually BREATHE. So all in all- I am hoping to stay ORGANIZED for the remainder of 2011.
Who are some people you’d like to spend time with this year?
**I’d love to know your word for 2011 and who you want to spend more time with!**

Love the new site Camille! My goal for May is to make it to at least 1 (hopefully more) of your yoga classes! I could definitely use some yogic breathing and calm in my life
