About

Welcome to Camiekarma- my blog about me- Camille Moses-Allen, yoga, music, healthy eats, and all kinds of other fun in the City of Charm.  I’m a full-time yoga teacher in Baltimore, Maryland.  I have been teaching for 6 and 1/2 years after taking my 200 hour teacher training with Kim Manfredi at Charm City Yoga.  Since then I have completed my 500 hour ytt and studied with Sharon Gannon, David Life, Baron Baptiste, Cyndi Lee, Kimberly Wilson, Dharma Mittra, David Swenson, Seane Corn, Kathryn Budig, Rodney and Colleen Yee, Ana Forrest, and Sarah Powers.

I had a very active upbringing taking dance and gymnastics, running cross-country, and later taking yoga classes.  I instantly knew I wanted to be a yoga teacher after feeling inspired and exhilarted.  All the mean while, I was working in corporate America and also realized that particular job was just not for me.

Since taking yoga training, I have taught kids yoga, advanced hot vinyasa, corporate yoga classes, yin yoga, yoga nidra, and power yoga.  I have led multiple yoga retreats in Costa Rica, been featured in Inside Lacrosse Magazine, Baltimore City Paper, and Baltimore Magazine.
